By default, Application Wizard previews audio and video files, but you can choose not to play them.
Open the Application Wizard pane in System Preferences and click Menus.
Click the Customize Previews button.
Deselect the ”Play music” checkbox to disable audio file previews and deselect the ”Play movies” checkbox to disable video file previews. Alternatively, you can disable previews just for specific types of audio and video files.
